 Lane Merrifield, better known by his screen name Billybob, is a well-known Club Penguin moderator who often posts news on the official Club Penguin blog.^[1] Some think that Lane Merrifield is rsnail's name, and that Billybob was the founder of Club Penguin. His catchphrase is "Waddle On!", as seen on almost all of his blog posts. When on Club Penguin, he can very often be found wearing the Green Letterman Jacket and/or the Green Ball Cap.

Life/Early Career

He was raised in Silicon Valley, located in California.^{[source needed]} Before working for Club Penguin, he used to work at Disneyland. This may have been a factor when Disney bought Club Penguin.

Rocket Snail aka rsnail

Today I'll be posting about Rocketsnail aka rsnail.

Today I Don't have any good information so basically all it's gonna be about is His Name,The games he has made,and About him on Club Penguin.

Lance Priebe, better known by his screen name rsnail, is a well-known moderator on Club Penguin. Along with Billybob, he is the founder of Club Penguin. Rsnail is the also founder of Rocketsnail Games, which is consisted of games that he created with the help of the Rocketsnail Games team. Sadly, the website was shut down due to lack of funds, but later came back as a "micro-blog". Currently, took down his twitter link but can still be reached at here. Priebe also has a Flickr page here. The most popular game of his site was Penguin Chat 3, which was what Club Penguin was based on. The Rocketsnail Games logo is, unsurprisingly, a snail strapped to a rocket. Rsnail used to post frequently on the Club Penguin blog during the Beta Testing days, but Billybob now does the majority of the posts, while Rsnail posts occasionally. Gary the Gadget Guy has a model of the Rocketsnail Games logo in his room. This logo/model has appeared in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force and Mission #4. He is currently the only player known to have a lowercase letter at the start of his name. Everyone else who had a lowercase letter at the start of their name had it automatically changed to an uppercase one after Club Penguin was updated. Rsnail has two test penguins called "Nickname1" and "Swampy". As of November 2010 rsnail does not work for Disney and he is looking for a new job. He has also confirmed it on Twitter.Rsnail used to be seen on Billybob's Test Penguin Billy Bob O but since Rsnail does not work for disney anymore Billybob is only seen on his test Penguin.

Chris Hendricks has been making comic strips since 1995 and been animating since 1998.

Woah looks like the Club Penguin Team has alot planned for this month and next month! What could it be? Cowboy boots? Um Maybe A cowboy hat? Or uh maybe a cowboy suit? Today I Logged on to club penguin and I found 2 new epf messages. One from Uncle G and one from Ergg Herbert.

Oh no Herbert is going to bug us again! This could only mean one thing. So it's true. There is going to be a  Herbert level in System Defender!

So today I was on this great site called Club Penguin Parade and I found this shocking news!

Today i decided to call Club Penguin, and talk with them. I call them up and Daisy answer’s me, here is what she said:

Me: “Hi, Club Penguin! Can you give me some information on something?”

Daisy: “Ok, I will try..”

Me: “Why is Herbert sending us messages about what he is going to do?”

Daisy: ” Well, Probably because he is trying to take over Club Penguin..”

At this moment im like, “WOW! i think i should play along..”

Me: “O Yea! So Herbert is going to take over Club Penguin right? “

Daisy: ” Yea! Herbert is just waiting for the perfect moment to ruin the Puffle Party!”

Me: ” What?! The puffle party? it’s not even out! “

Daisy: ” *Mumbbles..* O yea.. , Have anything else for Club Penguin?”

New Puffle Catalog for Penguins

Hey everyone!

Today, Club Penguin has just released another Penguin Style catalog for February 2011! This month’s catalog will feature tons of items about puffles! I wonder if there will be new items for everyone to have!

Sadly there are no cheats except for this one:

What do you think about this month’s catalog- even though there were new hidden items. Oh well. Next month again!

Hello Penguins!

Last week we asked if you wrote a story about puffles, what would it be like? You all had some amazing ideas. I especially loved Gwen78′s story:

“If I wrote a story about puffles, it would be about their “history”. Puffles used to live in a place called Puffle Island. It was the perfect home for puffles. How did they wind up in Club Penguin? Well, it all started when a Blue Puffle was a bit lonely. It was tired of playing with his puffle friends. He wanted to go out and explore the world! So a group of blue puffles journeyed across the sea and came across Club Penguin! Oh, how happy they were! One puffle went back to tell the others. Soon, the red puffles came. They even met Rockhopper on the way, and took one with him! All the others came too. Yellow puffles needed more space to create beautiful art. Purple puffles wanted to dance with other people and with music! The pink puffles needed 

equipment for exercising. The black puffles didn’t want to be left out! The orange puffles were too late because they took too many naps on the way! The brown puffle was working on an invention! Soon, Club Penguin was their home. But thousands of others are still on Puffle Island. Who knows? They might be waiting for the right owner to come by! Maybe It's you..."
